Carol Shoemaker

I’ve been working at Affordable Care Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist since 1998. Since I was 4, I have always had a passion for horses and cats. I enjoy spending my free time with my granddaughter Alexis, and doing rescue work to help socialize unwanted cats and kittens so they can be placed in their forever home.

Sharon Hareza

Hi, I’ve worked for Affordable Care Vet Clinic since 1996. I enjoy working with all the dogs and cats and their people who came to visit us. I am married with three grown children. We have 2 rough collies: Savannah, who I compete in agility with and Firefly, our new puppy; 2 Maltese, Squeak and Hercules who sometimes do agility but prefer to sit in laps and watch tv; Four cats Chelsea, Nemo, Tina and Willow (who rule the house). I also teach foundation and beginners agility at Keystone Canine Club. How lucky are we to be able to work with wonderful pets and clients and great doctors! Can’t wait to get in our new building.

I’ve been working at Affordable Care since 2012. Started collecting critters at a very young age and never stopped, I have many cats and a pitbull named Brandi. I work with several rescue groups doing TNR and I foster kittens and medical cases. I hope to open a cat sanctuary/hospice in the near future

Becky Stevens

I moved to Finleyville in 2014 to work at Affordable Care Veterinary Clinic.  Previously, I lived in Louisville, KY and worked in the veterinary field for over 12 years.  I am the proud owner of multiple Long-Haired Chihuahuas, an English Toy Spaniel, and a variety of other furry friends.  In my free time I participate in AKC canine agility competitions.

I am a US Army Veteran from 2009-2013. I realized as I was leaving the military life that my calling was to work with animals. I graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in 2015 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician later that year. I have been at Affordable Care for over 2 1/2 years now and enjoy working with and helping clients. I live in the Mon-Valley with 5 cats. Loki, Thor, Binx, Buffy the Buffalo, and Silver the Manx. I also have a Treeing Walker Coonhound, named Preacher.

I grew up and still reside in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. I started at the clinic in November 2016 after being a happy client for about 9 years. When I'm not loving all the critters that come into the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching fitness classes, homesteading, hunting, target shooting and hiking. My husband and I rescue animals and love to spoil our rottweiler, two cats, and six chickens. My connection to animals has been important since I was a little girl, and I am grateful to help extend that love to our clients and their precious pets.

Hi, I currently live in the south hills with my husband, rabbit and two dogs.  In 2011 I received my cosmetology license but have been considering getting my groomer's license as well.  In my free time, I enjoy dancin, camping and crafting.  I have always had a passion for animals and feel lucky to work alongside those who do as well.  Next time you are in, adopt one of our wonderful kittens who are looking for their forever homes.

I have 3 wonderful children. In addition, I have 3 dogs, 5 cats and 1 rabbit. I've been a technician with ACVC for 3 years, and almost 20 years over all. In my spare time, I like to camp.

Jenn Danella

She has one dog at home and plans on expanding soon. Jenn has been a tech for 1 1/2 years. She graduated from Penn State in 2016 with a degree in veterinary and biomedical sciences. Originally from Valley Forge, she recently moved to the area. In her spare time, she like to spend time outside hiking, camping and fishing.
